All orders are processed with care. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be prepared for dispatch. During busy periods or product launches this may take a little longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in our prices and must be paid by the receiver. We are unable to offer refunds if a customer refuses to pay any custom fees or import charges.
Delivery Issues
Once your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its movements until it arrives at your door. As this is an automated message, be sure to check your spam folder just in-case.
If your order is delayed or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact the courier to investigate. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs checks or events outside our control.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Óir & Grace jewellery. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, please email returns@oirgrace.com with your order number and reason for returning your item. We will provide you with return instructions.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return unworn and unused jewellery within fourteen days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original presentation box with no visible marks, scratches or signs of wear. If returned jewellery does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to accept it. Please contact returns@oirgrace.com within three days of receiving your order to start the return process.
Returned jewellery must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original presentation box and packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned showing signs of wear, damage or alteration.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

Returns Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
As we are a small independent business, we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the incorrect item, please contact returns@oirgrace.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Items that do not fit
If a ring or bracelet is not the correct size you may return it within the usual return conditions excluding earrings. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back.
Warranty and Repairs
